Tangram Customer Interaction Center, the first Customer Interaction Center in Huaqiao International Service Business Park, won the fifth China's Best Call Center Award at the 2009 China Call Center Industry Summit in October.
The appraisal of China's Best Call Center Award, the most authoritative and influential annual event in the call center industry, has been held consecutively for five years.

It has successfully operated hundreds of projects. The Kunshan Huaqiao-based TCIC has a total investment of one billion Yuan and a building area of 150,000 sq m. While the office is under construction, TCIC will make trial operation at the temporary office building of the greenbelt headquarters in the Huaqiao International Service Business Park. It will gradually increase service seats from the current 300 to 5,000 when the new building is constructed.
