　　本报长沙讯 原农业发展银行衡阳市分行行长李宋元利用职务之便，为他人申请贷款时谋取非法利益，先后4次收受他人贿赂101万元。近日，南岳区法院开庭审理，并于2010年11月15日作出判决，李宋元一审获刑5年，其受贿所得101万元赃款予以没收，上交国库。
